Both houses are located in the centre  of Oia a short walk from the Town Hall Kinotita of Oia.

They face directly South to the sea and the volcano.

The main village path is nearby and 10  steps above the houses.

Located in the Anastasis chapel neighborhood, the houses are within the protected Zone B of Oia.

A pedestrian only area with nearby public parking at the Post Office of Oia.

The village path in front of the House is used mainly by local residents. It runs quietly parallel to the village's main path of shops.

Oia is 10 km from the island's main town of Fira via two direct roads. Public bus and taxi service is available year around. The local airport (JTR) is a 25 minute drive from Oia.

Santorini has daily flight and ferry service to Athens plus ferry connections to various islands. During the summer season, there are direct flights from many European airports including London.
