2006 The Cave Style House
The Sea Captain's Villa was granted an operating license in
2004 as a traditional, 5 star luxury hotel; hotel licenses
are very limited on the Oia caldera. The hotel immediately
received reviews from Conde Nast Traveller, Gourmet
Traveller, Travel + Leisure, Marie Claire, Brides, American
Express and American TV and others. Hotel operates March
thru November with international guests and seasonal staff. Restaurant License for Sale in Oia
Optional to these properties is the owner’s highly reviewed,
seasonal restaurant Nectar & Ambrosia located nearby in the village. It
functions and generates income independently of the hotel.
New food licenses are no longer issued since 1997 for the
highly desired Oia caldera view area; a rare asset. | |
